Don't Waste Your Breath

The words 'senility' and 'seniors' are often associated.

Truth is, senility is a progressive condition inherited from one's children. 

The slippery slope of repeating ourselves to no avail starts earlier than we think.
Like so:

Parent: "Who left the milk out?"

Child: (Silence)

Parent: "What happened to the side of the car?"

Child: "I don't know."

Parent: "Where is that smell coming from?"

Child: "What smell?"

Parent: "When did the curfew change?"

Child: "What curfew?"
